Blackman Wrestling Club Shines at Bison Brawl in Hendersonville, TN

The Blackman Wrestling Club delivered an impressive performance at the 2024 TNAAU Bison Brawl Developmental tournament held today in Hendersonville, TN. With numerous wrestlers placing across various weight classes, the club celebrated outstanding individual achievements, including three first-time champions: Trenton ReamsGabriel Westbrook, and Jackson Wray.

First-Time Champions Highlight the Day

  • Trenton Reams (Tot 44-47lbs): Trenton dominated his bracket, securing his first tournament championship with a flawless record. He notched a technical fall victory in the opening round, followed by back-to-back major decision wins.
  • Gabriel Westbrook (Midget 63-70lbs): Gabriel’s inaugural championship featured two falls and a decisive victory by decision, showcasing his skill and determination on the mat.
  • Jackson Wray (JR 137-153lbs): Jackson battled through a competitive bracket, earning his first title with two falls and a narrow 8-7 decision in the final match.
